Am really tired

I have lots of proof about this people they don't respond or keep their promises I have been fighting the for more than 3 months now I want to involve police because no one is acting sales man took my money the car is faulty the dealer principle doesn't deliver they **** to me since day one this was reported to head office but nothing has changed I took the car back but when I collected the car nothing was fixed am really tired am taking this issue to papers
