Airbags investigation

I was involved in a car accident on the 7th of August 2020 driving a Hyundai Creta 2020 model, I passed out during accident after I got discharged from hospital I went to see a car then I Noticed that airbags didn’t deploy from the driver’s side hence why I was as injured on my face and I sustained fractures around an eye cavity. I then called Hyndai head office asking them to assist with an assessment and maybe to understand why the airbags did not deploy because I believe if they did I wouldn’t sustain face injuries. I spoken to Tyron and he said they can’t start the investigations without an accident report or affidavit. I had to hired a car from Pietermaritzburg to Eshowe to get an accident report but the guy said still they can’t proceed with the investigation because the report doesn’t state how the accident happened now he wants an affidavit. He then sent a summary report stating that the there’s no much impact from the front that’s why airbags did not deploy, already they have jumped into conclusions without assessing the car they have concluded based on the pictures I have sent them. I’m not happy at all this back and forth is so straining now I have to go back to Eshowe and fetch an affidavit and I cannot go back there. On the report I sent under brief description of an accident it has been stated how the accident happened.
