After taking delivery of a car, discovered that it has no roadworthiness certificate

I purchased a 2022 model Creta in Bedfordview. I took delivery on 29 March 2022. To date, I have not received the car registration, license disk, and spare keys. It turns out that I was sold a car that does not have a roadworthiness certificate. I have reached out to Gabriel, Clive, and Kaya at the Bedfordview dealership. Each week I have been promised a solution. There is no proactive follow-up, no solution, and no customer care.
