After Sales Service does not exist!!

Very very disappointed in the After Sales Services from Hyundai. I need to book my car in for a fault on the suspension (they hope), but its been 4 weeks and no commitment has been made regarding when I can get my car fixed!!! And the fact that a car dealership has only one loan car boggles my mind. Maybe they must turn their attention to loan cars then selling cars that would probably go back 4 times for repairs. Always stories and excuses... and I'm really getting fed up! I am in the market for a brand new car, but I changed my mind on Hyundai. <br> <br> If this is what a person gets once they made a HUGE sale out of someone, I'm not interested!!
