After sales service a disgrace

I recently purchased a pre-owned car form Hyundai The Glen, It has been approximately 4 weeks and Hyundai has still not registered my vehicle, supp**** me with a copy of the documentation, settled my finance agreement, etc... the list goes on and on. I have asked numerous times for all the necessary documents etc to be supp****. I have been to the dealership numerous times, each time I am given empty promises and absolutely nothing happens. The temporary licence expires tomorrow and we leave on vacation early tomorrow morning. This is a huge inconvenience.
