Abuse of a client vehicle

Our car was booked in for a service at Hyundai The Glen on 17 December 2015. It was used, during this time to speed in access of 100kmpm in a 60 Zone (by one of their staff members!! There is no fine, instead we have a court date --- Now we have to go through hell to have this sorted out. How many days off work and trips to various parties to dispute this was us!?!?! Hyundai, what are you doing to clients vehicles while there are \in your care"???? I called the dealership to speak to the dealer principal"
