Absolutely appalling service and lack of accountability at Hyundai Centurion. I had to take time off work to bring my *** in to have a loud brake squeak inspected. After waiting, the workshop manager, Ian Macdougall, handed the car back to me, claiming everything was 'within spec' and nothing was wrong.

The moment I pulled out of the workshop—right in front of that same manager—the brakes started squeaking extremely loudly. Instead of taking responsibility, he actually tried to walk away. I literally had to jog to catch up with him to point out the noise, at which point he brushed it off as 'just brake dust.' Dismissive, unprofessional, and a complete waste of my time.
