ABS, hand break lights stay on.

I bought a brand new car on arrival it had 268 kilometers and I was informed as that is normal. The problem with the car is that l found the car with the ABS, and hand break lights on as new as the car is. I left the car as I was informed technicians will look into it on the 2/02/18. On the 5/02/18 the technician informed me that this problem was a factory fault. I informed the bank and the bank told me to inform the Hyundai management to cancel the financial application ,but the management refused and rudely told me even if I would refer the matter to the claims court I would not succeed. I'm a first time buyer and I had hoped that a brand new car would not give me any problems as I was told Hyundai is a good brand, but now with the experience I have encountered, I regret for choosing this car brand. I have never been treated like this in my entire business life as if I was a nagging charity case. I've paid to get a good service and all I got is a rotten treatment from a business management who had made their deal. I'm really angry and I will not rest till I a valuable car for my money.
