ABS Fault that no one can fix

I have issues with my Vehicle (Hyundai Creta 2022) the ABS activates with no reason which then forces the car to stop and lock the steering while. I did send the vehicle for inspection the first time in September, and it came stating no faults found but they did some resets so the far should be 100%. This was okay for 3 weeks until the problem re-occurred but this time, I took a video and sent it to the DP of Hyundai East Rand. It went in for a check up at the same dealership and I got the same response ‘No Faults found but some values were reset’. So, I took the dealership’s word and drove the car back home. It was then a week later that the car had the problem but this time the issue almost caused a sever accident. My car was immediately sent back to the dealership, this time I was told no faults was found but the thyroid ends need to be replaced, tech advised about a knocking noise and the brakes needs to be replaced. This however means there was no faults found said by the service tech of Hyundai East Rand. So, the interim manager advised me that I have 2 options, 1st option is for me trade in the vehicle, but I will add the short fall of R132k added to vehicle, this makes no sense to me because I am not trading the vehicle out of my own but its because of the vehicle fault that cant be determined. What happens to my 1st year of installment’s? then my 2nd option was to get whatever the tech advised to be fixed and hope it works, now I can’t put my trust on words that have no honor as it happens 3 times from September this year.
