A very Disappointed customer

<p>I took my car in for a service last week and I'm very unhappy about a few things. I took it back and when I got their I explained to them and it was like I'm talking a language that no one knows. It was like I'm crazy. I feel that I was not taken serious. Maybe because I'm a young lady that knows nothing about cars. Now I have to get someone to check it out for me and pay that person after also paying them. </p>
