A service centre that give s bad service

I took my car in for its first service and my car had wear and tear that was covered by Hyundai. They promised to order the part and revert back to me to bring the car in. After 3 weeks I decided to call back and follow up as they explained that it would take 5 working days. The guy in charge, Riaan, said he had no clue about the order and that he would place the order and call me in a week. It's been 3 months and nobody has contacted me. Poor service from a well-known brand. Very disappointing!
