A Promise we make is a promise we keep?????

Last Year end of November I purchased a Demo 2014 Hyundai i10 Gls.On receiving the vehicle I noticed a chip in the windscreen and was told by the sales rep (Reinhardt Smith) that it was a small issue and that they have a professional that comes to the dealership on a weekly basis to repair chipped windscreens.as it was a legitimate solution I did not take much notice further and waited for Reinhardt to give me a call when the repair guy was at the dealership.Reinhardt had left the dealership the following month (December 2015) and so my contact to the windscreen repair guy was lost. The date is now 18 February 2016 and I still have a chip in my windscreen.Ironically it was time for my 30 000 km service which I took in on Friday the 12th February 2016 the time frame given was a clear exaggeration as I was told if I bring it in at 08:00 in the morning I will have it by 11:00 and I finally got my car at 16:30 as no one called to let me know that it was ready at 14:00.the car that I had purchased not even 3 Months ago was now for the first time operating and sounding like it should be.....125 point safety check with each purchase???********* practices seem to be the order of the day.
