A memorable customer experience
<p class="MsoNormal">Good Evening Joe,</p> <p class="MsoNormal"> </p> <p class="MsoNormal">I trust this email finds you in good sprit’s, if not then I hope that my email will. I bought my i10 in 2013 and ever since I have been servicing my car @ your Sandton branch.</p> <p class="MsoNormal"> </p> <p class="MsoNormal">I have to say, the customer experience is out of this world and something every company should aspire to be like. I have owned and own many other cars from BMW, SUBARU, VW, TOYOTA and I can honestly say, no one service comes close to that of your branch.</p> <p class="MsoNormal"> </p> <p class="MsoNormal">Its and end to end experience that you have created and leaving every customer with the feeling that I will only return and deal with this branch. I am not sure if this is the HYUANDI STANDARD and even so, it still requires to be implemented.</p> <p class="MsoNormal"> </p> <p class="MsoNormal">I would like to thank you and your entire team</p> <p class="MsoNormal"> </p> <p class="MsoNormal">Dropping it off felt like I was in the F1 pitstop, quick and fast.</p> <p class="MsoNormal">Once you walk in you greeted by this friendly face that directs you the smell of hot coffee and a ****in whilst you catch up on the latest news and updates.</p> <p class="MsoNormal">Upon looking up, I noticed a kids play arrear and that just completely blew me away.</p> <p class="MsoNormal">No sooner have you completed your coffee you are called it to meet your service advisor.</p> <p class="MsoNormal">Jump into the shuttle and on my way back to work on time.</p> <p class="MsoNormal">I was kept informed consistently via sms which is amazing, not for a second was left unsure or unaware of the status and progress of my car.</p> <p class="MsoNormal"> </p> <p class="MsoNormal">Joe, you have got right what many others including myself is trying to do.
