8 MONTHS INTO MY CONTRACT AND STILL NO SPARE KEY

Hello,<br> <br> I bought a demo model i20 motion from Hyundai cape town July 2015. All documents were signed and deal finalised in July. <br> <br> Upon collecting my vehicle the manager Marwaan Isaacs advised that the spare key was till with the dealer that gave them the car to sell. I thought nothing of this as he gave me his word that he would personally see to it that the key is handed over to me soonest.<br> <br> I have multiple attempts since this time to contact the following people Monique Janse Van Rensburg (Finance lady that i signed documents with), Abdul (the salesman that sold me the car-who has since left Hyundai) and Marwaan Isaacs himself but no one has bothered to get back to me nor do i have the spare key.<br> <br> There is more things i have complaints about regarding this branch but i really don't have the heart to get down on the nitty-gritties of it all<br> <br> Please Assist, i really am defeated now.<br> Thanks<br> Kholosa<br>
