5 year / 90 000 km Liquid Capital/Hyundai

I bought my Hyundai i30 in May 2011 with the above service plan. All the services were carried out as per normal at Hyundai East London. All my service requests was done online via Hyundai`s web and my car was booked in for there the service by being called from the service centre. However in April 2016 my car had not reached 90 000km but I knew that it was up for 5 years. I sent my normal email via the normal way and a lady phoned me and asked me what are my km`s and at that moment they were around 85 000km and she told me that they were to low and that they would not service my car and that I must bring it back at 90 000km or October 2016 or which ever comes first. My car has now done just over 89 000km and when I tried to book it in via email I was told that my service plan had expired in April 2016. So I questioned Lydia Bekker of Hyundai about what was going on and was politly told that I would have to esculate it to Liquid Capital as Hyundai does not have the mandate or hold any records pertaining to the services. I got hold of liquid Capital and they just am not interested in my story. There answer is that they dont know who advised me that my plan expires in October. Well first of all I did not buy my car from Liquid Capital and now where on my service plan book does it mention anything about having to contact Liquid Capital for any service. I contacted Hyundai because I knew that my cars 5 years was coming up in April 2016 and went under advice from people who are supposed to work with it every day and am supposed to give the correct advice. Well I was very wrong by listerning to them. Its amazing how no one wants to own up to there wrong doings now. All I can say is that if this is what Hyundai treats clients then I am very sorry I cannot buy another car or would probably question any imperial purchase because of this problem. When I purchased my car in 2011 Liquid Capital was never mentioned in any transaction. If it was could you kindly show me.
