5 weeks and counting to find out whats wrong

I recently had the engine overhauled on my Hyundai 2.9 CRDI Terracan and took it to the agents to reset and reprogram the ECU and injectors. My first impression of the service at the dealership was horrifying to say the least but after resolving this I was optimistic that we would get the car sorted out. Was I ever mistaken? The workshop foreman told me that I needed a sensor which Hyundai do not sell on its own and that I needed to purchase the entire fuel rail at a cost of R13000-00. I then purchased the sensor on line and imported it myself at a landed cost of R1800-00. That was five weeks ago and since then I have not had a single update from Hyundai East Rand. I went in there three weeks ago and was told that I would be updated personally by the workshop foreman as they were struggling to program the ECU as they do not have the \purple master key"which I never received when purchasing the vehicle second hand. That was exactly three weeks ago and I have not heard a word from them since.

This is the worst level of service and reflects negatively on the abilities of the workshop staff and brand in general."""
