3 months and still no license & registration done.

Hi

I purchased and paid cash for my car in September 2019, from Hyundai Pinetown. I received delivery of the vehicle in October 2019. It is now January 2020 and my license & registration is still not done. I have been beyond patient and now feel like my patient nature is being taken advantage off. I have a car that is parked off since the beginning of December and am incurring costs to get around, having to use Uber, get lifts with friends and borrowing cars etc. It is extremely inconvenient and frustrating. The sales consultant keeps telling me he will get back to me and doesn't, I have to keep calling him every 2 days to follow up. I need this resolved ASAP or I will have to lay a complaint with MIOSA.
