2nd Time car got scratch

Took my car in for warranty repair and got it back with a ugly mark its the second time that I took a car to that dealer and it got scratched but every time its not them for **** sake is it my fault they cant do the checks even if the car is dirty to tell me and have on record that its been there since the car been left by them. They are a good dealer but I'm getting tired of getting my car fix for there ****ing mistakes.
