25000 taken buy salesmen

May 2014 we bought a car at hyndai bryanston and payed R25000as deposit but when I was about to sign the papers I fid not see any deposit being mentioned and I said am not signing until I know where my money went, the manager called in the dealer principal and explained the story and both of them said to me I must not worry they will sort it out and they will make sure that I get my money back and that I must continue to sign. I trusted them as Lebo's superiors, Lebo is the sales men that was assisting with the car and the very same hundai salesmen that took my R25000 for himself. After we signed the papers they suspended him immediately and told us that they will call me and my husband the following week and that dud not happen, Lebo got fired and we still don't have our money. This was suppose to be the most wonderful experience for me as it was my first car , getting photos taken with a big ribbon on my car was my dream but instead I got ****** R25000 rand from this branch and the worse is not even a single person in that brachyuran seemed concerned it was more like they knew what was going on and as for the dealer principal he didn't even show any feelings about this at all.
