2015 i20 Hyundai Factory Fault on paint jobs on cars

I have a 2015 Hyundai i20 which was part of the batch of Hyundai's that came out with a factory fault on the paint job of the vechile.

My car again, has paint peeling off the top side panels and when I took it to Hyundai Weltevreden to assist with repairing this factory fault, I was turned away saying the car is no longer under warrenty.

Surely a defect that is a car manufacturing issue has nothing to do with the car being under warrently and I feel this is the manufacturers liability to repair with or withour the car being under warrently.

I am not happy at all with this outcome and would be greatful if Hyundai could contact me regarding this issue. I have always deiven Hyundai and sadly dissappointed at the decline of service I am recieving from them.
