I thought buying my first car would be a dream come true until just in a month period;it became a PURE SCARY nightmare. I hate the moment I set my feet at that garage.Still dont know how to love my car again after such.A so called "brand new car;hyundai tucson elite 2.0 2018 model"; that for the rest of 73 months I will hv to b paying close to R8000 monthly- warranty and WARRANTY BOOSTER included; it comes out for the DISSOLUTION(cracking or whatever that is) of part of the sunroof that happened spontaneously when I had parked my car nicely;I am to be responsible for the replacement of that-extra R3000 and something from my pocket.Asking more about this all I could get was ignorance and avoidance and the fact that they never came across such....????its a new model???Its a new car apparently? The cracking or whatever happent spontaneously....What hurts me the most;if this happened only within the month period of the purchase what are the implications?and how many times this will happen in a period of 73 months in a so called "brand new car"? If it was a 2nd hand or demo car i would highly hv understood.... #highly depressed and disappointed I still fail to understand the whole situation!
