Unwilling To Fix Damages They Caused

The service itself was fine but my car was returned with two huge scratches. Hyundai promised to take care of it but then refused to return my calls. Forced me to make multiple trips over the space of ONE AND A HALF MONTHS for them to "fix" it by using whatever leftover paint was lying around to rub over the scratch.

The cherry on top of that, it was returned with a new dent and scuff marks on the rear bumper. Now I'm forced to repair the scratch/dent myself and get them to pay me back or go sit for the whole day in small claims court... Completely unnecessary.
