SCARCITY OF PARTS. HYUNDAI EXTER

Purchased a Hyundai exter a month ago, recently involved in a smash and grab incident in Capetown, claimed from insurance. Hyundai south Africa does not have stock of the windows and have to wait a whole month to be shipped from Korea. No courtesy car provided.. I've been with Hyundai for years, they'll now be losing a client.

Salesman should inform clients regarding scarcity of parts. Hyundai is disappointing. Also, picked up an engine ping noise, been to Hyundai couple of times. Still not resolved... Hyundai is quick to make a sale,but after sale service sucks.
