Stay away from here for servicing. When I dropped the Hyundai I10 off for servicing I was only helped after people that arrived later than me. So there is no first come first served, but your car will be completed on a first come first served basis, meaning the people after me will have their vehicle done before mine. I could still live with that, but later I was called to ask about the extra work to be done. The lady told me everything that must be done and said that it will be R9000 for all the work done. I specifically asked if that includes the service and she said: “That is for all the work done with the service” so I accepted and gave her the go ahead. My wife went to fetch the car the next morning only to be told that it is R18000 for the service and the extra work done. So a 70000 km service on a 2014 Hyundai I10 costs R9000. Let that sink in R9000 for a service. My work bakkies doesn’t even cost that much to service. People stay away and service where it is more affordable and where they care about customer service and transparency of quotations given. I truly feel that I was bamboozled in the sense that the lady either misspoke or purposefully said that is all as to go ahead. R9000 for a 1000cc engine service😮💨🤦🏻♂️
