Had my vehicle in for a service and my parcel shelf/back board was swopped out. After contacting the dealership. They stated they cannot come out to me and there is nothing they can do. if YOU SEND IN YOUR VEHICLE, IT COMES BACK WITH BROKEN PARTS TO YOU! PATHETHIC
