Hyundai Plumstead rotten service and disrespect

I've been an observer for more than 3 months how Hyundai Plumstead has been ill-treating some female customers. The company supp**** cars to these ladies with all kinds of issues such as registration problems, no spare keys, faults with vehicles (and waiting for weeks for spares from HO), etc. The worst are the utter disrespect from the salesman, sales manager and the dealer principal, who has not (despite various mails addressed to him) rep**** to the unfortunate customers. Hyundai SA HO was also a disappointment as they continuously referred the matter back to Plumstead. For the prices paid for such average vehicles, one would expect better service from their dealers.
