Poor service from hyundai

Good Day to whoever is reading this.

I am deeply disgusted in the service I've received recently from hyundai Bellville. I thought there was still honest people in the world but clearly I was mistaken. This is the second year that I've taken my car into the dealership for a service , I never had any problems up until I've discovered what was really happening in the car.

My car recently went in for a service all for the consultant to phone me to inform me that my clutch and brakes is done however they can fix it for about R8000 but the car must stand in for 3days. I could hardly believe my ears after hearing that. I was adviced for a trade in which also didn't meet my expection because hyundai would've fixed my car for less and resell it.

I decided to go privately and the mechanic advised me that hyundai did not check my gear box as there was no oil changes that took place. The mechanic literally had to drain out the grease the clutch was literally broken from all the grinding all because hyundai didn't do their work properly.

Leaving me looking like a fool! It makes me think what were they doing on the car yet hyundai as it was said that they go the extra mile.

Thanks to my mechanic I am truly blessed to have someone be honest to me and tell me exactly what is going on. My car went to the mechanic on Wednesday evening and I got it back Friday afternoon which costed me R5000 in totally plus car came back early.

I wonder if it was someone car at hyundai dealer they were in my shoes they would have made a big fuss. All this time I was indangering myself on the road.

I was considering buying myself another car from hyundai but after what I experienced. I would not even think twice about buying a hyundai brand.

From excellent to disgustingly poor service.
