A poor service provider was replaced and the spare key was organised. The sales person was calm and friendly throughout. He displayed a broad knowledge of the vehicle and of possible alternatives. He did not try to pressure me to take a expensive model but worked within my financial constraints. The vehicle has a significantly lower petrol usage than an i20. The gears are much better too. The only point was getting used to the reverse gear which took time to adjust to.
