Good salesperson Godfrey Messina, still waiting aboutthe three bolts , what is their purpose

This goes out to Godfrey Mesinna at Hyundai in Belville for all the help with purchasing not only my sons car ( Hyundai Grand I10 2023 model) but also my husbands Car (Hyunda Creta 2023 model) With Godfreys service as the sales person was very helpful, but the rest of the sayings I will not mention nor their names as they dissapointed me so much, I kind of felt threatend, even though we went back the second time, byuing the second vehicle, and I saw him I so much wanted to give him a piece of my mind, I told myself he is not worth and I wont stoop to his level, as a professonnal in this trade, he should have told me, my son must bring in the car, but no, his words was, My son is liable even though it was confirmed it is a factory fault, He KYLE went beserk, even after showing him pics via whatsapp, he just schrugged it off as if. it as I prayed to Jehovah God and ask Him to calm me, not even an apology from after a week seeing that my sons new car had dents on the bumper. second incident four upright ( my husbands brand new creta) 3 upright bolts that not even the salesman can explain that is underneath the front passenger seat, I was told maybe its for a fire extinguisher, Im still puzzled as the salesperson did not know what it was, and send back pics of all their cretas have it, how flip is that and all that info of the creta I Showed him via whatsapp pics the same day we got the vehicle the same with the hard kind of rusty spots on the silver handles of the creta ( NEW CAR ), but we were promised a polish, and two weeks no number plates, I have so much to say, but will still pray about how bad Kyle handled the situation with me, still have the voice note, but will keep praying Godfrey, I will still send clients as promised just hope they dont have to deal with what we went through, you are a good salesman still waiting on what that three upright big bolts ( *****s is underneath the front passenger seat) almost look like something was there and has been remove) just assuming, hope Im wrong and get proper info what it is for
