DISGUSTING Service

I am so disgusted and and upset with Hyundai my car was overheating and I had it towed to Hyundai Bellville, I dealt with Shermin and he inspected the car and told me it totalled to R90 000 as the head cylinder gasket was blown. the car has been there since last week Tuesday and he gave me a week to collect. I then made arrangements to collect but first asked if I can drive the car back home and then to the mechanic as I didnt have the money Hyundai asked to fix it. He then told me that they removed the spark plugs and put it in the boot and the car is dead it does not drive AT ALL!!!. I then made arrangements for RO Towing to tow my car today 19/11 to my mechanic costing me R750 and when my mechanic got the car he told me IT DRIVES PERFECTLY FINE. As a female I know how they con and take advantage because of our lack of knowledge with cars. I am so disgusted and dissapointed as I am a loyal Hyundai bellville customer and have been servicing my car there since its first service. I will never return there and I would like Hyundai Bellville to reinburse me for the cost incurred to tow my car as he said it is dead and does not drive but it does in fact drive! I will never do any services there and I feel that because I am a female I was **** to and conned and now I have to incur additional costs for towing because he said the car does not drive i would like urgent feedback with regards to this matter
