Courtesy car

Hyundai western cape actually is the worst service provider ever. I currently drive a Hyundai that needs to get serviced and have a motor plan to do so with the benefit of a courtesy car Why does Hyundai western cape not offer this assistance any longer. I want to say this is pathetic. I regret having the car from Hyundai. I need to get a service done today(14/05) and no car while mine gets serviced. Very poor from such a big motor vehicle company. As it is am I forced to take a day’s leave due to this situation as I can not go back to work as there is no assistance with a courtesy car. Absolutely a poor and very dissatisfying. After my service today I must then struggle to get back to Hyundai to collect my car. The worst ever
