Bad service received at Hyundai in Bellville

I went to Hyundai to service my vehicle Upon collecting my vehicle i saw the invoice was written incorrectly cash instead of service plan.

Yesterday upon driving my vehicle at night I saw they have ruined my lights. I am so upset because when I handed in my vehicle the lights were working perfectly which means whoever that serviced my car ruined them after that wrote on the report that my lights are multifunction and they also suppose to diagnose the ABS I was told that I need to pay R1100 to book in my vehicle.
