Bad booking service

I came to the dealership last week to have my third service done after booking on the website with all my details, km, reg num etc ... when i arrived at the dealership after confirming if my service was still being covered by warranty i was told that this is not the case because i am over my km it was due for. No one has informed me that this would be the case even after i had punched in and called the dealership prior to my arrival if this would be covered. This kind of service is unacceptable.
