The woman was unfriendly and impatient, I had to make a decision for them to create a debit order based on 20 minutes of the woman rattling on about stuff I had no idea about, she was clearly reading from a script and rambled on and on, how does this company except someone to make a decision based on the customer not understanding what they are referring to, it was a terrible experience
