Liquid Capital- Dishonest and *********
Complaining from a dealership. We acquired a 2021 Kia Sportage for stock. Kia Roodepoort confirmed the vehicle has a service plan until October 2026, and a service plan extension until October 2028 or 120 000km. This was done prior to selling the vehicle to the new owner. A year after we sold the car, Liquid Capital does not want to honor the extended service plan because the car changed owners? We specifically told the new customer that the car has and extended service plan, but now Kia/Liquid Capital does not want to honor it, although a policy for the specific vehicle is paid for and active?
