No one willing to taking responsibility (Hyundai the Glen & Liquid Capital)

I took in my car for the 90000 km at Hyundai in Alberton on the 4th March 2023 and was turned away because my service plan with Liquid capital had expired in June of 2022. This was news to me as I did not know the is an expiry date, and all I knew was my car would be serviced until 90000KM. Hyundai Alberton told me that the Hyundai at the Glen was supposed to advice me about the expiry date after the last service in March 2022. Going back to March 2022 after the service was completed at Hyundai the Glen, I checked my next service date which was the 8th of March 2023 and I asked the employee who was assisting me with the service who would be paying for it and she said it was Liquid Capital. After my service was rejected on the 4th of March 2023 I went back to Hyundai the Glen about this and they told me that they are not responsible and Liquid Capital should have offered me an extension since they could see I was not even making the mileage. I told the advisor at Hyundai the Glen that it was their responsibility to tell me about the expiry date since they had the information at their disposal that I do not have access to but still failed to give me such and in her defence she said they when the vehicle comes for the service all they focus on is to get an authorizations and not what is on the computer . They asked if no one from Liquid capital contacted me about an extension of the plan, and clearly the was no contact from them. I phoned Liquid Capital and spoke to 3 advisors and all rejected my query saying the is nothing that they can do as the plan had expired. I argued with them about the issue of the expiry date as it happened 3 months after the last service and i was not aware of it, and the advisor told me that their sales team should have contacted me to offer an extension of the plan. I asked to speak to a senior who later returned my call. The supervisor heard my story and she was blaming the dealer for not making me aware because they have this information. The Supervisor then escalated my query to Management and they rejected my query CAS-***-H0X0Z9, reason for rejection is that the service plan has expired and did not give me anything in writing. I contacted Hyundai the Glen to give them the feedback and the Manager Tamaryn wrote an email to Liquid Capital and that did not change anything.

I am extremely disappointed because either way Liquid Capital was paid to service my car up to 90000KM and this is a deal entered between them and Hyundai on my behalf because I was never given a contract to read and sign like with the maintenance plan, I was able to see what I was covered for in writing.

It is unfair that no one wanted to take responsibility yet this is their deal, and I did not choose to take out a service plan with Liquid Capital but it came standard with the purchase if the car in 2017.

Hyundai and Liquid Capital must take responsibility and resolve this matter and service my car!, and also Hyundai should have looked after me as their client.
