NEVER EVER TRUST LIQUID CAPITAL SERVICE INSURANCE...RUN WHILE YOU STILL HAVE TIME.

BE WARNED....TAKE LIQUID CAPITAL SERVICE PLAN AT YOUR OWN RISK ! I was paying R487 for my service plan Policy. They paid for my service 3times, and when my car was due for Major Service on the 7th April, they refused to pay for it. I was told that my contract is finished, yet they are still deducting, and I'm up-to-date. I didn't understand, I phoned them. A Zulu girl attended to my enquiry, and she told me I've exceeded the number of services I'm supposed to do, I'm now out of contract. I was puzzled because they are still debiting, and I'm up-to-date, and nobody told me anything on my last service, but now cos I'm due for Major Service,there are stories. This girl was so rude, and I'm glad the calls are recorded. I then requested her to cancel the Policy because I'm now paying for nothing. To my surprise this girl told me that I can't even cancel this Policy because I owe them R15000 ! HOW ??? Apparently I'm now paying the debt cos they've serviced my car over and above. To my surprise because I know for sure they wouldn't have serviced my car on Credit the last time, Secondly...this would have been communicated with me Properly. That means Liquid Capital was *****ing my money since my last service, knowing very well that they are not going to further service my car. Since I was told that I can't cancel my Policy, all I do is REVERSE THE DEBIT IMMEDIATELY AFTER IT GOES THROUGH ! If you are with Liquid Capital good people, don't think you are safe, tables will turn unexpectedly.....RUN FOR YOUR LIFE BEFORE ITS TOO LATE ! Save yourself from the embarrassment I went through when I had to go and collect my car and service wasn't done, because I thought I had a Service Plan....mean while it's a BIG ****.
