Liquid capital nowhere to be found.

Who is who here? I phoned liquid capital for the status of my extended vehicle warranty and to submit a claim. Liquid capital say they are Msure and not Liquid capital and they will transfer my call to liquid capital. My phone was on my ear until my airtime was exhausted. What seems to be the problem here because i pay my premiums monthly and are debited by Liquid capital. Please cancel my policy with you Liquid capital with immediate effect and stop deducting premiums from my bank account. I can't pay someone whom i cannot find when i need them. Thank you.
