Very Poor ~Service at Hyundai Northcliff

I viewed a VW Polo and when I decided to purchase the vehicle we agreed to some discount. When settlement had to take place the discount was declined. I proceeded to purchase the vehicle as the discount was not a deal-breaker. On collecting the vehicle the registration documents were not ready, the boot cover was missing and there was no spare key. 2 weeks later I received the registration documents and the boot cover, however the spare key is still outstanding. Many attempts have been made by me enquiring about the key, just to be told they will investigate and come back to me. It is now 2 months and not once did the sales person or dealer principle Darren come back to me. I have to initiate enquiring about the key every time. This is shocking service and I will never support this business again. Rather avoid them and spare yourself extreme frustration!
