Keith and Alex terrible service.

I wish I had read the reviews before choosing this deals hip to purchase a second hand car. Great service from Alex and Keith selling me the car, however the moment I drove out that changed. I was promised a spare key almost 2months later and I don't have it after asking weekly. I was promised the aircon would be fixed within a week of the purchase, this process took 3 weeks and I was told they don't allow for courtesy cars any longer, even though I made it clear when I purchased the Vechile that my business depends on this one Vechile. The moment I got onto the highway there was a terrible noise which I reported to them then. They booked the Vechile into the workshop and returned it saying there is no issues. I have messaged and phone weekly and I get the same response every time " I'll get my manger to call you" it's been almost 2months and I haven't received a call. The Vechile didn't have an aerial, they said it would be sorted, after I purchased they say it's my responsibility to replace it. I will make sure that I spread the word so no one has to go through this.
