Bas administration and client service

Administration is bad. I bought a car in March. They sold it with no registration papers. They sold me a service plan with the incorrect service history and now the car service is not covered so I'm forfeiting the money paid. Try contacting the dealer to get is sorted but I'm not receiving feedback. When I contact LiquidCapital their underwriter, I'm told they are waiting for the correct documentation from Hyundai Northcliff. Not sure what to do at this point.
