Betty the service advisor , she is the one who was assisting me.

I took my car for service at hyundai hatfield yesterday 23/03/2022 7 o'clock in the morning and I got assist by Betty the service advisor. I never got my car back, today I call to check if my car it's done Betty said to me " Your car it's done yesterday but we still waiting for payment at Motorvaps". I ask her to do a follow-up with motorvaps then she said to me it's not her job to do follow up with motorvap I must do it myself. I'm really not happy about the service I'm getting at hyundai hatfield as this is happening for the second time today.
