Bad service

I took my car for service, early January 2023. To my surprise the people who got there after me were first ones to be attended to. The guy who was registering the cars for service told me it's because they don't have a queuing system as if it is my fault. I called them a month after since I wanted to buy wiper blades and I was being transferred from one department to another since no one knew how much they were. To date they didn't get back to me.
