Bad customer service ever

very bad Customer service, theres a lady called Betty she doesn't know what customer service is, extremely rude

So Hyundai Hatfield sold me a service and maintenance plant for 2 years, that started being valid before I event dreamt about purchasing a Hyundai car, basically they added a service cost to my car for a service prior to me purchasing the car

secondly the purchase date on the service plan doesn't correspond to the date i purchased the car

Thirdly they argue with a customer instead of acknowledging that they misrepresented their sale
