Terrible service at Bedfordview hyundai

Terrible Terrible experience and customer service

Bought my car last year early December, still don't have a disc and registration plates. All I hear is lies from the sales reps daily. Apparently the car was registered under someone " these kind of errors do happen"

The sales rep who sold me resigned immediately after he sold the car to me and none of the other sales rep willing to assist. They're rude and ***********. I was told there was no manager then was told the manager is in training, all kind of lies everytime I call.

That place needs to be audited and closed down until they're trained how to treat customers.

They don't even have a direct email address infact I think they're a ****
