Extremely bad service from Hyundai Bedfordview

I recently bought a bus worth R570000.00 there and what an mediocre of a service. In actual fact, mediocre is understatement. Application ran very smoothly but after all has been approved and came to check the car, it wasn’t ready at all of which they kept telling me on how it was at dekra, their workshop and getting washed and stuff.

On the day of collection, I realised that same light I complained about was not fixed, underneath engine cover was still hanging and I asked that I need to change number plates which I was told it would be done but nothing. I was given a car let alone the bus with R250 petrol with no gift like champagne or flowers. Their sales lady tried her best but nothing was going her way shem but she tried. The worst happened after I took the car to free state only to realise that it was leaking (water) underneath, car was shaking very badly when a put my foot on brakes when going downhill and was so scared as I was driving with my family. I was told to bring the car when I came back which I did like 7 in the morning. Their workshop staff are the worst.

To my surprise only a globe was put and it took a whole day, I was fetched around 5 to come pick it up as there were no drivers to bring it as I was told in the morning. There were dents that I was told they would be polished as well and nothing happened. So I want to advise people out there about that delearship that level of service is so poor and by looking at the price of that car and the service I got, I won’t recommend or advise anyone of you to go there if you need a car.
