Bad Service

I called on Tuesday to book in my car 120 for service for Thursday I spoke to someone from the service department all was arranged and then I was asked if I will need transport I said yes. Then today I go to drop of the car no transport has been arranged I had to see myself how to get to work. The guy who was assisting since he went to check the manager till now will be still awaiting for manager. They just don't care about people. ***.
