Bad customer service

Appalling service from Papi aka Rethabile. My mom bought a car here beginning of the year, we have had ups and downs with this sales person and he is just not bothered , lies alot, doesn't get back to us. We always have to follow up with him. We have had a very distasteful service with him. From the beginning till now it has been an uphill battle. We are still waiting for the registration papers and number plates keeps luing about when they were couried to Bloem. We have paid the car, his commission is secured now he is not bothered to see the whole process through. I am disgusted.
