Purchase of Hyundai Grand i10 from Hyundai Ballito

This is a follow up to my previous writeup. The Hyundai Grand i10 that I bought from Hyundai Ballito was from their Durban branch. The car was involved in an accident and this was not disclosed to me at the time of purchase. I paid R169000 cash. I contacted Ballito Hyundai and brought the matter to them ,they said that they did not know about the accident and I requested that i return the vehicle for a suitable replacement or a full refund. They referred the case to the Durban branch.The director said that it was not possible to refund my hard earned money. His reply was that Ballito Hyundai take the car as a trade-in and pay me about R110000. This is **************** and I intend taking the matter to their Headoffice and get consumer council involved.
