Poor Service and lack of responsibility

Poor service and lack of responsibility.

Took my car for its 60000km service and the oil plug was not fitted back in place properly resulting in it pulling free and a rapid loss of oil pressure after driving a few kilometers. Had to wait for about 1hour before they came to assist and then requested a report from them only to receive an invoice stating work requested "attend to oil leak".

Only after a formal complaint was made did the service manger send a report but this did not address concerns raised regarding the defective workmanship.

To top it off they advised that my brake pads required replacement as it was "dangerously low" but inspection by another fitment centre revealed that front and back had over 8000km left.
